These terms of use are suitable for the use of the websites of Team Urhola Oy and companies belonging to the same group as it, such as www.teamurhola.fi. The website is owned by Team Urhola Oy. The purpose of a website is to provide the user with an online store through which the user can purchase goods and services. The Website may be provided for use on different terminals and the Website may differ from the Website accessed via a web browser, depending on the terminal device. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not wish to accept these Terms of Use, we encourage you to stop using the Website.

2. REGISTRATION

If the User-Generated Content relates to personal information, Train Like a Champion may use such Content as set forth in the Train Like a Champion Privacy Statement.
You represent and warrant that the content you provide to the Service from time to time is generated by you and does not violate any applicable laws or the intellectual property rights of any third party. In addition, you represent that you have the right to grant Train Like a Champion the right to use the Content as described above.
The user undertakes to be liable on behalf of Train Like a Champion and, if Train Like a Champion so wishes, to defend Train Like a Champion at its own expense against all claims and damages brought by third parties arising from the content produced by the user.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in the material contained on the Website belong to Train Like a Champion. Distribution of the material or its publication in electronic or any other form is prohibited. Any user who violates this term will be fully liable for any damages caused to Train Like a Champion by copyright infringement.
No part of this material may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of Train Like a Champion.
The intellectual property rights in the user-generated content belong to the user. However, you grant Train Like a Champion the access to the content it produces as described in Section 4.

Train Like a Champion offers the Website as is and as available. Train Like a Champion makes no representations or warranties regarding the operation or continued availability of the Website. Train Like a Champion also makes no representations about the content of the information presented or published on the Website or sent to the user, the suitability of the information provided for an individual user, the accuracy of the information or any errors or delays in the information.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its choice of law provisions. Disputes between Train Like a Champion and the user concerning the use of the Website or these Terms of Use will be heard in the Helsinki District Court.
However, a consumer referred to in the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) has the right to bring an action in the district court of the place in which the consumer is located in Finland, in whose jurisdiction the consumer has his domicile or permanent residence.
The consumer also always has the right to refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the user should contact the Consumer Advice on this. The user can also lodge a complaint directly to the network by using the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution service.
